The dock of this waterfront house is drawn up into and onto the house as the new dining room, rooftop deck, and top deck. These [new relations] inversions of water and land, land and air, lead to two other inversions: the front facade is turned up and over the top deck to be a new facade to these outdoor rooms, and the form of the inside dining room table raises up to form an outdoor dining table skylight set directly over the indoor table.
